    Manufacturing defects, electrical or mechanical failures under normal use.
    Examples include:

    • Charging issues

    • Defective components affecting sound output

  • What’s not covered:

    • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect

    • Water or liquid damage (unless specified as waterproof)

    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

    • Normal wear and tear


⏳ Warranty Period

  • Karthus hearing aids are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser with a valid proof of purchase.
